Staffed by up to 4 representatives

Can request appointments with Mines

Can be a presenter in the Projects in the Pipeline Conference

Active Junior

Staffed by up to 4 representatives

Can choose to be part of Partnering with Procurement and accept appointments from Suppliers and First Nations groups

Can be a presenter in the Investment forum and/or the Projects in the Pipeline Conference

May also have an HR booth if they have jobs to post

Mines are the Exhibitors – Suppliers are the Attendees

Offering participants a unique opportunity to engage in face-to-face networking time with senior mine buyers.

Suppliers may request private one-to-one appointments with the exhibiting mines. With each request for an appointment, the mine will receive your virtual booth including the promotional material that you added to your virtual booth. An excellent marketing tool to promote your products, services and solutions to the participating operations.

We have a limited number of Supplier spots available.

A Supplier’s or Indigenous Partnership virtual booth

Staffed by: Management and Sales staff

  • Promote your operational needs and directions through your virtual booth. By loading information on;
    – New Services
    – Show Specials
    – success stories, testimonials, & case studies
  • Accept appointments or book appointments for the duration of the event
  • Your virtual booth is sent to the procurement staff that you request an appointment with.
  • You may include videos and PDFs that booth visitors may download for future reference

A Mine’s or Active Junior’s virtual booth

Staffed by: Mine management and Procurement staff
(Each mine exhibitor gets 2 virtual booths – one for procurement and one for HR)

  • Promote your operational needs and directions through your virtual booth. By loading information on;
    – operational requirements
    – new technologies
    – operational efficiencies
    – capital project needs
  • Accept appointments or book appointments for the duration of the event
    from a list of featured companies
  • Choose from a pre-registered list of suppliers, manufacturers, organizations or communities, with whom you wish to meet
  • Meet with up to eight participants in the breakout rooms
  • Invite dignitaries or VIP guests to the event and have the ability to meet in private meeting rooms
  • View all text chat questions being asked at the event. Respond to all valid and pertinent questions and set up private meetings at the event or after the event is over
  • Receive a list of participating suppliers prior to the event

  • Identify the right exhibitors, speakers and other attendees prior to meeting at the event. A complete agenda will be emailed to you prior to the event. You can then arrange the desired meetings according to your time and schedule.
  • Exhibitors have the ability to choose who they want to accept meeting requests from as well as search for fellow attendees
  • Dedicated Meeting Areas will be made available where a group of up to 8 people can network or just meet and foster new business contacts
  • View your schedule of meetings and agenda on your own dashboard for the two-day event
